Questions
Who pays for ads?
The client pays the platforms directly for ad spend within the agreed budget; the monthly fee only covers the manager's work. That keeps ad spend off your invoices and your cash flow.
Should I guarantee results?
No. Reach and engagement depend on platforms and algorithms you do not control. The template says so plainly to avoid disputes.

Is this legal advice?
No. These are general samples. Laws differ between countries and states, so have the wording reviewed for your situation before you rely on it.
